S^Alright, I made a mistake. The SIM card is stuck in the SIM card slot on my S6 Edge. Customer service recommended I go to a store to see if they can get it out. Can I return the phone? It ain't coming out. Since I can't remove the back of the phone, it's pretty much useless.
I sent it back to T-Mobile. Customer service said they will swap it out. I had to pay for the shipping back to T-Mobile. I just checked USPS tracking and it says - Notice Left (No authorized Recipient). There must not be anyone in the T-Mobile return department at 10:10 in the morning.
