I recently switched from a pre-paid account to a post-paid account, mainly so I could add lines to the account, which I've done. I made the switch on Sunday, February 15, while adding the additional lines on that Monday, and I have already received a bill that is due on March 9, which is less than a month from when my new post-paid account began. On the bill itself it lists "Service from Feb 17 to Mar 16," which means I am paying the bill for my service before my billing cycle is over, which seems strange to me. I called customer support, and they explained that it was normal, but it still feels strange to me.
Does anyone else have their bill due before their billing cycle is complete?
Yes, all postpaid accounts are billed in that manner. Likewise, my current billing cycle is also from 2/17 - 3/16 and is due on 3/9.
