I called T-Mobile because my parents have no signal in their house except for by the front windows. I asked them specifically for a Signal Booster since my parents WiFi can be unstable. I also stated that they already had a WiFi router and did not need another.
They promised to send out the booster to my parents house asap.
First they sent the package to my house in Texas instead of my parents house in Missouri. Second, once the package arrived it was a WiFi router and not what I asked for at all.
Customer service is really nice on the phone but seem to have trouble actually listening to the customer. This is not my first go around with T-Mobile's customer service issues.
I would appreciate advice/help getting this issue resolved.
