my new iphone 6 will not allow incoming calls. all my family says it is going straight to voice mail. I do not use the do not disturb feature, so that is not the issue.
Try to reset network settings
Are you using WiFi calling? it happened to some of us when WiFi calling was initially turned on.
Please let us know
My iPhone is doing the same thing.
Someone told me that this has been a reported concern for Apple iPhones.
They asked to go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendar > Fetch New Data > Push > Off.
Then turn off the device and turn it back on.
Let me know if that work for you.
That seems like a stretch - but well if it works for you - cannot argue against it
If all the calls are going directly to voicemail, we'll want to make sure everything has been updated on the account for the new phone including the SIM card. Please Contact Us so we can get the calls working!
Weird, I just tried this and it worked. Thanks
Sorry, this is what worked
Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendar > Fetch New Data > Push > Off.
Not sure that one has any thing to do with another
Mail etc uses data while calling uses a different band of cellular wavelength and processes but who am I to argue with success
