We have an iPhone 6 with no cellular data working on T-Mobile Network. Texts also have issues going through. There is Zero cellular data on the phone right now even though it shows signal and 4G. Nothing sends.
Anyone else seeing this?
Have you tried this: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3780 ?
It's a new phone out of the box as of yesterday and all of that was done at the Apple Store.
The only thing we haven't done is
Have you tried calling Tech Support?
It can be an account related issue or network.
Your phone needs to be troubleshot.
Yeah I'll give them a call tonight. Maybe its something simple.
Did you try to reset the network settings?
Settings > General > Reset Network Settings
Yeah that was done. Didn't help at all sadly.
Ok - here is something that might help - strange as it sounds - trust me this was the issue with someone else
Call tech support @ T Mobile and request them to take a look at your data plan and make sure it is the one for the iPhone and not Blackberry or Android. Don't ask me why - they are apparently all different.
You need to have the iPhone data plan attached to your account and turned on obviously.
Please let us know if this works
So as it turns out all the date it was removed from both of the phones on my plan. I'm always on Wi-Fi so I didn't even notice it on my own phone. But when I called and they said I had no data even know I was supposed to have the hundred dollar 2.5 gig plan. So the issue is resolved thank you everyone for the help.
We are thrilled to hear that your issue was resolved! Feel free to let us know if you have any further questions and/or concerns. Thanks!
