About 2 months ago I lost coverage for my prepaid cellphone in my house and the immediate area around San Jose 95132. It worked fine until 2 months ago and nothing has changed with my phone. Tried a new SIM card, but no change. Customer service has been working on this for 2 months, but no one comes up with a fix, and I still can't make or receive calls at home. Our land line works fine.
