Just wanted to post positive experience. I have only been on T Mobile service for about a month. I have called Customer support 4 times for various questions and have been delighted with my interactions with everyone. If initial person does not know the answer I am promptly transferred to Tech support. Few problems have been squashed quickly with a verbal "smile". Just wanted to share my experience that I am sure most of us have with T Mobile support but seems most of time the unhappy experiences are posted on forums.
