I am trying to cancel my iphone Jump preorder and pick up an LG G3 instead using jump. the tmobile phone rep tells me it can take "awhile" to cancel and that I might need to refuse delivery once it ships. I ordered 9/13, tried to cancel monday, and still no luck on the cancellation or actual shipping. Is there a solution to this problem such as going in store or canceling jump, or am I stuck?
