I ordered a phone and used my jump upgrade to order the phone. I checked the order online and it said it was back ordered but there is one right now with the exact specifications that I ordered so why can't i just get the one in store?
I was able to cancel a jump order in store. They called customer service and was able to do it but have to wait 24 hours for it to show on your account that it's canceled. I had the same situation as you with a backordered phone. Hopefully a community rep can confirm.
