Help! I'm trying to upload my AT&T bill at switch2tmobile.com to get the refund debit card, but I keep getting the message "Oops! We've encountered an error. Please try again in a few minutes." This occurs after I have selected my phone numbers to get the refund on. I have tried this on 4 different computers, utilizing ie11 and firefox, and still get the same message. I even tried turning on compatibility mode in ie11, but then the message just changes to unsupported browser.

How long has it been since you have submitted the bill?

I don't even get to the upload option. It gives me this error after I choose my phone numbers and hit next.
