Downloaded 4.3 OTA today.
Downloads fine but during install, about a quarter of the way through, the symbol changes to a red triangle with a exclamation point in the middle.
If hold down the power button and volume down, I get the recovery menu and the following text:
Finding update package...

I did a factory reset, tried again, same issue.
I bought the phone brand new back in August.
Called HTC and they said I would need to download the update and manually flash the ROM but that file is not available for download from anywhere I could find.
Anyone else having a similar issue or ideas for resolution. Would love to have this update.
Not sure if this will be useful, but here are the versions currently on my phone:

Called T-Mobile tech support.
They didn't have a solution so they are shipping me a replacement.
HTC tried to show me how to download it via their website and apply it using Sync Manager, but they found out they don't have access to the T-Mobile version yet (or if they ever will) to publish it. She's trying to figure out another way to fix this. Hoping I don't have to get a replacement because this is already the 2nd one I've had.
Nope, that was a bust. She tried to have me wipe the cache and start from scratch, and even after doing a factory reset, it still won't work. Looks like I have to call T-Mobile and have them send me ANOTHER one....this will be the 3rd one.
I've the exact same problem. Called T-mo support and they wanted me to do a factory reset and install again. But it seems like it doesn't work either for folks here. So, I won't bother doing that now.
Like others, I'm too on my 3rd HTC one already, and don't want a 4th one. This just sucks.
T-mobile are you listening? Do something guys!
I use an unlocked ATT One and not able to get the update. HTC support show me how to do the upgrade manually. The down side to that is it will wide the phone so you must backup the phone before doing that. The ROM for T-Mobile is also available on the HTC site, just follow the instruction.

I apologize the update didn't go through and you had to get a replacement! This hasn't been reported as a known issue for the update on the HTC One, has this been the same issue that you've had to replace the phone for previously? Do you have any custom software installed on your phone?

I can really use some help, I believe I am encountering this issue after downloading the software update, I have done all the factory resets, cash partitions, etc, and nothing same result. getting the runaround from both tmobile and htc tech support. I paid over $600 for this phone, accepted a software download sent to me by you guys and this happens? I am beyond irate, as I rely on my phone to conduct business at my place of business. PLEASE HELP!!!
You will have to do the upgrade manually. Just fallow the instructions from the link below. Go to the "Manual system update instructions" section near the bottom. The ROM is at the bottom.
