iPhone 5 Sim Unlock Request


I called T-Mobile's customer service on Thursday (June 27, 2013) to request a sim unlock on my iPhone since I will be traveling overseas and will need to use a local carriers sim in that country. I have been with T-Mobile for more than 45 days and have payed my phone completely, from what I am aware of I meet all there requirements to request a sim unlock! Well, it turns out that I received an email from them on Friday stating the I can be sim unlock within 72 hours from when I got their email. It's Monday now, 72 hours have passed and I restored my phone and no "Congratulations, Your iPhone is now unlocked" message has appeared on iTunes. Anyone know what can I do? I will really appreciate any feedback! Thanks.
