i want to unlock my Dell Streak 7 and as i read here: SIM Unlock your phone i need for that to contact the USA T-Mobile Support.
So i wrote a email to the Customer Care, but the response was:
Starting Jan 10th, e-mail will no longer be available for support, but
you can still chat live with one of our online specialists. You can also
get online help from other customers in our Community Forums
So the only Way is now writting a postal Letter or phone call ?
I dont want to Phone call, since i come from Europe and this will be really expensive :-(

Since im from Germany and no T-Mobile Customer.
You will need to find a 3rd party solution. They will not unlock without proof of purchase. Since you bought it from a 3rd party you will not have the documents.
Oh, thats bad, got it from Ebay :-(

If you ever buy any device from the US it's best to make sure it's unlocked first. None of the carriers here will not unlocked unless you are a customer for a certain time, or have documents showing you paid for the device in full.
