Sent Refurbished Phone

Hello,

I just received a replacement phone after my first phone didn't work out. The one I was sent is clearly refurbished and there are deep scuff marks on the edges of the phone. Am I still going to be charged the full leased price of a new phone despite the cosmetic damage to this phone?

Was it an Asuriin warranty replacement? That sounds very typical of what people get as replacements.
