Are you making a change mid cycle, or should the new month have already began?
there is no cycle, because it's a prepaid on demand pass (and has been since 2014)... but thats not the issue ;-)...
problem is, that there seems to be no way to redeem a refill card.

no it was not possible to redeem the refill card, but i went to a t-mobile store and they could redeem it to my acount and activate the prepaid plan...
so there is definitely something wrong with the website for prepaid customers....
after login, i get redirected to:
and from there to:
there i see the plan:
30 Day 7GB On-Demand Pass
(only because the guy in the t-mobile store refilled and activated this for me)
Next year i would like to redeem the refill card by myself.. as usual..
so why is https://prepaid.t-mobile.com/refill-account not working anymore?
why do i get a timeout, when i try to open https://mim.t-mobile.com/
Hmm. I'm not sure why those links are not functioning properly. My recommendation is the same as the thread you linked in the beginning. You'll need to Contact Us to file a ticket. Yes, others are having the same exact issue, but if users don't get support tickets filed, our engineers can't get to the bottom of the problem.
