Prepaid - Mobile Internet Plans Canada

    Hello everybody,

     

    i have an account with "$40 Simply Prepaid 10GB LTE - Unlimited Talk, Text, Data" and additionally activated the Mobile Internet Plans North America (Canada/Mexico) for $5.


    Unfortunately, due to an error, I deactivated the Mobile Internet Plans North America via my T-Mobile account.

     

    At the moment I'm in Canada and therefore I can't use the Internet. Unfortunately, the plan can no longer be activated via my account. I have to activate a new plan for $10, but it will only be activated after the end of the month.

     

    How can I reactivate the old plan? Is this possible? Would I also pay $10, but will the tariff not become active?
