Note 10+ order status "kept in hold "

    Hi so I order my Note 10 plus  on Friday  23 and my order  status says  kept in hold because  the first time the payment  didn't go through  but I call and they got the payment already from my bank  but they told me in the system is still not reflected so Now what when does t mobile system update the payment .it's so annoying am to the point that I don't know and T mobile is not that helpful

        We may Check/Track our Orders Via:

        My T-Mobile

        1. Click PHONE from the top menu.
        2. Click Order Status > Check Order Status.
        3. Follow the on-screen instructions to check order status or track shipping.

         

        T-Mobile app

        1. Open the app.
        2. Scroll to and tap Track shipment to get the latest update on the location of the package.
