I'm sorry for the mix-up on plan features! $15 per account and $15 per line can be a big difference especially when you weren't expecting any changes in the features of the plan. You may have to revert back to your old plan, but I can't be for sure what other options may be available. As syaoran mentioned, working with T-Force over Facebook/Twitter is best in your situation.
