after you apply for the unlock and you get the email you can begin trying to unlock at that. Though it normally takes at least 24 hours. This isn't as simple as unlocking an Android with an unlock app from T-Mobile. you have to use iTunes as well and you need to leave the cable plugged in during the entire unlocking procedure. It took me three times or three tries to get my iPhone unlocked after I had paid it off in bed all of the requirements. it also took two different representatives to submit the request. So is nothing really easy even though the directions and make it sound like it's a piece of cake.
Well speech-to-text failed be there as did any sort of autocorrect as did any editing because T-Mobile's format is horrendous on mobile pages.

I could offer my help on this matter. We all know it's very frustating to wait for a certain time frame to get the device unlokced. We would like to expidite the process and lessen the waiting time but then again for security and integrity we want to make sure that we process the right device and there won't be any problem while were processing the request of the customers.
- The MDU team will email them within 72 hours to let them know if their request was approved.
- If the request is approved, customers will need to wait up to 48 hours after receiving the email before the unlock steps will work.
- Apple device users may need a computer with internet access and iTunes to complete the unlock.
Other Options to unlock device:
- Device Unlock is a T-Mobile app pre-installed on supported Android devices. Device Unlock allows you to request and apply a Mobile Device Unlock directly from the device.
Just checking in here to see how things are going. Did you receive your unlock email yet?
