Band compatibility is only part of the equation. It would need to support the most commonly used LTE bands by T-Mobile, which are 2, 4, 12, and 66 at a minimum. It would also need to support band 4 for 3G if the device is not compatible with VoLTE on the T-Mobile network. The APN settings would have to be entered manually to have any chance of working correctly. Whether or not VoLTE will work is anyone's guess unless they have the device and have tried.

Is the E3276-500 or E3276S-500?
It's really hard to find authoritative specs for these Huawei modems. Can't find band specs on Huawei's website. Where I have found them, they are listed as frequencies (e.g. 700) rather than bands (e.g. 12, 17, 14, 13) etc. The problem is that frequencies can be used as more than one type of band (12, 17, 14, 13 are all 700) and different bands don't interoperate.
If you could find a list of standards and band numbers for this device, we might be able to advise you better.
