Hello. I've set up auto pay. And I cancelled my account/service with T-mobile last week because I relocated overseas. Now I cannot access to my Tmobile account in order to pay my final bill. I don't want to call customer service to pay bill due to long distance charge. Will T mobile use my auto pay information that I've set up to pay the final bill?
If you cancelled your auto pay before cancelling your final bill had a chance to be billed. More than likely not. You can use the online chat system to talk to a T-Mobile rep to verify if there is any balance remaining on your account.
