I guess you would need to contact Tmobile to send you a new QR code for you to scan
to register and transfer your account.
If you want a faster response I would contact Tmobile support using messenger on their Fcebook or Twitter account.
The Tmobile support reps don't monitor the board on the weekends that frequently.
Thanks, I am trying to contact them on Tweeter. Couple of months ago one of TMobile team member helped me to swap my SIM with EID. It was huge help since I travel alot. But now I am planning to buy new phone and don't know what to do.
