Is this a branded Tmobile phone?
It looks like the Sim card may be bad or not activated so you may want to contact support through Facebook using messenger on Tmobiles Facebook page.
I have a LG V30 and I don't have that screen.

gramps28 asked a great question. Is this a T-Mobile branded phone? Also, are you able to test your SIM in another device to see if it connects to T-Mobile's network?
