So, I got a new phone with Tmobile and traded in an older cell phone for credit and in order to qualify for the iPhone Promotion 750 back. I got an RMA # for the trade in. But I didn’t receive a shipping label. When I go to my account and check on trade in status nothing shows up. When I call customer care they say they can’t find it and can’t do anything. Are there any other options? Since, I do have an RMA # can I just get the address where it’s supposed to go and send it myself with the RMA # included?
