Multi-line not allowing me to logon for DIGITS- S9

    After spending, what I feel, is too much time setting up the Digits app, the website tells me my phone has multi-line capabilities. Which I hope helps since, web instructions say I should be able to change color and icons but none of these options are available in the app. I activated multiline on the Tmobile website (which doesn't say I have to reboot the phone). I rebooted the phone. Now I'm trying to set up the multi-line and it's not recognizing my login. The same login I used to log into this page to find out why multi-line is not working on my Samsung S9. Either this gets fixed today or I cancel and get my little $10 back.
