I have an old community forums account; its username is "Zian". I tried to login with it but I got the following error message:
It appears your account has been deactivated. You might contact your administrator if you think this is a mistake
I would like to reactivate the account because I get an error when I try to register a new forum username with my T-Mobile website login. When I try to do that, the forum says that an account already exists with that e-mail address.
On Facebook, a T-Mobile representative said that I should try to send a message to @tmo_mike_c, @tmo_amnda, or @tmo_chris but I can't find a way to send them a message.
How is a legacy account normally reactivated?
