We tried to have our Gear S3 watches ported/activated with our phone service from Verizon.
After several attempts from the store techs we were told that the eSim (starts with 8914) is not supported by T Mobile because it starts with 8914 and they only support sims starting with 8904.
Is anyone else having this problem?
I don't want to have to buy new t-mobile Gear S3's when these are almost brand new and I don't want to go back to Verizon to have my complete service.
The watches will work on bluetooth but not stand alone.
So far we cancelled our paired digits.
Sorry this switch over is giving you issues. The troubling part is that we're not able to guarantee BYOD device are able to work on our network and with some of our plans.
