Number porting over

    Has anyone else faced difficulties getting their number ported over? I switched from prepaid to postpaid, which I thought would be a no brainer since I was already a T-Mobile customer. I requested this when I received my new phone in the mail on Friday. Going on day 5 and no one can seem  figure it out. They keep telling me my number is in reserve. I’ve missed a lot of business opportunites at work due to

    this mishap. Anyone else have this problem? And who did you finally talk to to get it resolved. I’m losing patience with these 2 hour phone calls to customer service.

        That's a little odd. Usually account type switches don't usually take that long. We certainly don't want you to have to spend anymore time on the phone than you have to but, this is something that'll need to be resolved with your account. We'll need you to Contact Us and either chat over the phone or message our T-Force team through our social media channels to continue getting this taken care of.
