I cannot log into my legacy T-mobile community account. It gives me
"It appears your account has been deactivated. You might contact your administrator if you think this is a mistake."
I then proceed to log in with my T-mobile id, it prompts me to create a username, when pressing login it gives me
"Sorry, that email is already taken. Please try something else."
Doesn't matter the name.
These accounts are both using the same email. I go to https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-34506, Click on the log in link, log in on firefox, edge, and chrome and it gives me
This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required."
I talked to support for 2 hours, tried changing my T-mobile id password, clicked forgot password on legacy account and no email was sent. They said they would notify the engineering team. A week later nothing changed.
