I called about this two weeks ago and last week, but it hasn't been resolved yet so I'm turning to the online community (after being told that the issue would be resolved after a week).
On February 13th, I was charged 3 times for my prepaid phone bill, of which only 1 charge was necessary. I need two of these phone bill charges to be refunded as this is my money that I am missing. On my credit card bill it can be verified that I have 2 extra charges for this month's service.
I would first contact T-Mobile via social media and find out how this can be rectified before taking any further steps.
