Its always worked so I can chat with a customer service rep online so I can get another data pass since there's no other easy way to get a new weekly data pass on the phone when the GB run out on the one I have unless you go through a rep. It's not working now. It acts like the chat window is going to load but instead throws you to this forum support page. I just used the chat a week ago to get another data pass and it worked fine. Did T mobile get rid of the customer online chat service? Or is there something wrong on my end?
