What's wrong with my T-Mobile account?

    I've just registered with T-Mobile (prepaid) and created My T-Mobile account. I don't know if it needs time to activate my account or what but I can't do anything with this account. I can't check balance or usage or even edit my profile or anything. It will always redirect me to the homepage. I tried with 3 different browsers and mobile web (I couldn't even find an app in app store) but it didn't work. Could you please tell me if the website is temporary down or something is wrong with my account?
