T- Mobile charged me twice and can´t help




    I was enrolled in the automatic payment and T- Mobile took money from my account on January 2th. When I returned to the U.S yesterday, I found out my phone did not work. I went to the store, they suggested me to pay again, saying that they did not have the payment registered in the system and that probably the money was not actually withdrawn from my bank account. I paid again because I needed the phone urgently. Today I checked the transactions in my bank account and it turns out that the bank DID take my money. So, I paid twice to T-Mobile and they haven´t been able to help me through in the stores or in customer services. Has this happened to anyone before? Thank you!
