Is this "community" supposed to replace the individual online messaging support?

    I had lost my phone a few days back and just want to see what the phone that they're sending me is going to be. Reason being, i had purchased an Xperia then it had broke so I filed a claim and they had sent me a Galaxy. I just want to know what phone I'll be receiving after filing my insurance claim, but navigating this website is like trying to dig through a coupon book the size of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. All there is more and more advertisements and next to no place for easy access to assistance. All I want to know is what phone I'm going to receive, and don't want to sit on hold for 45 minutes, tell 5 people my social security number, just for them to forward me to another department or say they can't help.
