Hey there! For transparency, I'm going to be somewhat limited since you are a Metro customer (we're not cross trained and employees are entirely separate) and I'm not familiar with their network or inner workings, but I've also seen some T-Mobile customers recently with weird Xperia issues.
For some reason as of late it seems that Xperia users haven't been able to make calls over LTE. I think it's turning out to be some sort of update with the Xperia, but I can't be entirely sure. If you change your network setting selection off of LTE, can you make calls?
I totally agree with Lauren on this one. Have you tried changing your LTE settings to see if that helps?
