Cannot make calls. Very frustrated. No one can help.

    I have a Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact. I am Metro customer. Phone worked great for the past 3 months. As of the last week, I cannot make calls. Sometimes a call will go through but it's rare. Incoming calls go straight to voicemail. I've spoken to 5 Metro techs, 1 Sony tech and 1 T-Mobile tech. No one is giving me straight answers. These are the steps I have taken so far:

     

    • Rebooted the phone
    • Factory reset the phone
    • Checked the APN settings
    • Tried a T-Mobile SIM

     

    Does anyone have any idea what could be happening? Internet is fine. Texts are fine. Calls are NOT fine. I can't depend on a phone that will make a call only when it decides to work.

     

    Before someone says that my phone is not compatible with T-Mobile, let me reiterate that it has worked flawlessly for the past 3 months, up until this week.
