I am currently on a prepaid plan and every time I clicked the My T-Mobile button on the prepaid web, it just load for a while and bring me back to the prepaid home page. The iOS app also doesn't work for me. After I login, it just show a empty grey page and the buttons are unclickable.
Is there any possible way to solve this? I need to access the account to pay for my plan.
We had a few issues over the weekend with our app. Are you still seeing a grey page after logging in through the app? Or are you now successfully able to log in online? While we get this sorted out, you can also dial *ADD to make a payment towards your account.
