How Do I Terminate My Service?

    I have tried changing my plan to a much less expensive one. The problem is, the change requires being connected to a different group which handles the different type of service. I have tried to change plans three times, and three times I've been placed on hold for over 30 minutes, at which point I gave up. Why do I want to stay on hold for over 30 minutes with music blaring in my ears? Well, I've had it with T-Mobile and being on what feels like being put on a never-ending hold. Please let me know how I can terminate my service? Thanks.
