What is the cancelation policy?
Its been two months, so far none of T-mobile one plus feature works.
1. I can't get more than 0.02 mbps roaming in China- AT&T charged me an arm and leg- but it works much better in china
2. Esim support is already going to be the last of 3 major carrier in US.
I want out. I can't rely on t-mobile for work.
since T-Mobile does not have contracts all you have to do is pay any remaining balance on service and pay off your device.
I will wait until 12/17- if at that time the e-sim support is not ready.
I will pay off the phone and bill and go back to AT&T
