Mistreated customer


    I have started using T-Mobile 2 years ago using prepaid.. I made my 12 months of on time service and tried to transfer to post paid as well qualified as advertised.. come to find out they have messed up my account and started me a new account on post paid. Now I have lost a year of history for no reason. So now a year later I want to open a new line and can’t because it take a 250 deposit to open another phone number. No device just a phone number.. I don’t understand why T-Mobile been mistreating me for two years but I feel like I’m done with this carrier.
