Hi all. I'm getting errors while trying to pull up usage details and recent activity. One on of my accounts it gives me the error "There are no records to display at this time" but on another account it works. I haven't been able to look at usage details or recent activity for the past 2 months. What is going on??
That's really odd that it's only happening on one of the lines on your account and for two months at that! Have you talked to your local TEX team via 611 about this yet? A ticket needs to be filed with our web engineers and that can be done by dialing 611 or working with T-Force over Facebook / Twitter.
