Trade in Shipping Labels

    I bought a new iPhone XS with the Costco & T-Mobile Trade-in Deal.

    I submitted promotion rebate request on T-mobile Promotions online after purchase.

     

    I was told from Costco representative that the shipping label for trade-in of my old iPhone 6s will be coming in by mail.

    How long does it usually take to receive the label?

    Is there a way for me to just print the label online? It is not shown on my account at this time.

              I have the same issue also. I bought two Iphone 8 and one iphone XR at costco. Each had a promotion associated with it. Therefore I need to trade-in three phones.

               

              When I go to my t-mobile

              1. Phone

              2. Trade-in Status

              This is where I get the "There is no information on this page. Please come back in 48 hours to check..." I submitted all of my documentation on the www.t-mobile.com/promotions website.

               

              I was able to call today and the representative sent three return shipping lables. I just want to confirm they are going to the right place which is in Fort Worth, TX for all Costco promotion trade-in phones.

                  So I think we may have sent you the wrong labels. The phones actually need to be sent to or trade-in center which is in York PA. Please do call us again when you have a moment so we can get you the new labels.

                      Thanks Chris. I called and customer care is directing me back to COSTCO, but COSTCO is telling me to access the return shipping labels through my tmobile website this way

                          That is so strange! When you called us, did you let the person you spoke with know that you were getting that error and that it had been over 48 hours? If so, they should have filed a support ticket for you. Do you know if this has been done?

                              Chris, yes I let them know about the error and that it has been about two weeks since I submitted the information on the t-mobile.com/promotions website. The representative did say he submitted help to the business department. He did follow-up yesterday with me but I still have no resolution.

                               

                              I most likely will return the phones to costco since I can't get this resolved.

                                  I am so sorry this has been such a hassle jtbond72 When our specialist followed up with you yesterday, did he give you any info as to when you can expect this to be cleared up?

                                      The representative told me that they would follow up today 10Dec but I was never contacted. I have four days to send the trade in phones (30 days) but still have no return shipping labels.
