Sounds like the account credentials are not of any use!
Have you tried to create a new myT-Mobile account? The credentials you're using doesn't sound useful, so I think creating a new myT-Mobile account with a different phone number in your account is a better option. If you're able to get in later on, you should definitely change account access levels. If you need more help, Contact Us!

The thing is I have a prepaid account with only one phone for myself, so there aren't really any other phone numbers I could create an account under.
However, after doing a bit more research I think the source of the problem might be when I signed up there was an issue with the 6 digit PIN:
- A "PIN" screen will be presented for account owners to submit the PIN to manage the account.
- If the PIN submission is skipped, you will not have access to your account.
I don't really remember but I may have accidentally skipped it, or there might have been some problem when I was typing it.
I see you said you called 611 already, what specifically did they tell you when you called?
