Not authorized issue (my t-mobile)

    Hi, I purchased a t-mobile account and phone in late August, and have been unable to login via the app or my t-mobile website.  For the latter it states that 'oh no!  you ate not authorized ...'  Although the t-mobile call staff have been kind, the issue remains after numerous calls, escalations, and assurances.  Any help is welcomed, thanks
