  I believe you can get one from the stores when you may a purchase there. The online option for printing receipts is only available for prepaid.

    I han on a PAYG account. T-Mobile has always sent me a receipt when I use my CC to the email address pinned to my account. It seemed to take about 5 minutes to get the email. Works for me!
