Suddenly paying for a 4th VOICELINE


    I signed up 2 years ago with the signing up for the One deal with the iPhone 7. End of last year T Mobile screwed my account and I had to have them manually do it. They stopped sending a paper copy a while ago. The t mobile representatives tell me that I have been paying for  a fourth line ($26 plus taxes since January).


    I have made numerous requests for amount to be credited to my account. I have just had two months credited back, but I explained to the rep that they messed up so they should sort out.

    Who is the best person to escalate this to at t mobile?
