Porting process taking nearly two weeks


    I started a port in from Sprint on Nov 2. It was "completed" on Nov 5 but I've been experiencing dual service ever since. I am still on sprint but not completely on t-mobile. A ticket was opened on Nov 7. Was told it would be completed in 72 hours. Called cs today to ask how longer. The person's answer this time? "I don't know"
