my trade-ins orders were placed on 11/8 online, apparently never went through because of system glitch?! even though it showed "order processing" with est shipment between 11/9-12. as time past, i reached out to tmobile about my order back and forth for the past 3 days, customer solution rep Tracy was able to help me placing a new order TODAY as of 12/14 honoring the $300 per trade-in promotion which expired on 11/8. hopefully i can get my hands on the one 6t soon!
anyone with me or am i the only one going through this mess.
