My.tmobile.com website broke for a months

    I'm unable to view and print my history payment over a month now, it's always show up temporarily unavailable message. Can't do anything on website, my account full of blank space. Tried to call fhe support they told me to use the app however the apps never work, grey blank space, tap in the link but nothing happened. Also the my.t-mobile.com always jump to different page manage.my.t-mobile.com but that page don't have option to view bill or paybill, not even set up account permission.
