I just got on my T-Mobile account. Try this: Go to the top of this page, and look for T-Mobile.com (it's in small letters), click on it, on the right side look for My T-Mobile, click on it, and you should be able to log in. I learned this from a member. It allowed me to go from the Community to my account. If this doesn't help try 611, and choose TROUBLESHOOTING.
