unable to enroll with autopay or refill my account



    I have been trying to sign up for auto pay and refill my account for 1 month now, and when I use internet I have the following error message :

    "System Error  The T-Mobile refill system is currently unavailable. " ONE MONTH!

    My debit card is perfectly working and the information I enter are correct.

    When I call customer service, nobody is able to help me.


    This is unacceptable situation
